Noble Cowl
I finished my Noble Cowl. It was fast and easy, and best of all, it practically kept me from noticing that Ryan was in Mexico all week. I finished it on Friday night, blocked it, and then all of a sudden, for the first time all week, I was bummed that Ryan was gone, and I wondered what on earth I was going to do for the next two days without him. He's back now, and he keeps talking about how great the tacos were, so I'm jealous. But he'll never understand how good the knitting was, so we're even.

It looks so snuggly. You did a really professional job on it. It's also a great photo of you, too. Love it.
ReplyDeleteMan I love it.
ReplyDeleteI wanna make one.
Can we get together when I come over Thanksgiving?
I agree with Kathleen. Definitely cool and very well done. Were there a lot of "yarn overs?" Thanks for sharing this project. John Paul McKinney
ReplyDeleteYeah, tons of yo and k2tog. But very little purling, which was awesome.
ReplyDeleteYou look like a model--beautiful!
ReplyDeleteIt's BEAUTIFUL!!! And so is the model :)
ReplyDeleteHow thick should I make mine? You know, the one that I was going to be a hat. Im not making the exact same thing as the noble cowl, its just going to be a stylish neckwarmer.
ReplyDeleteMaybe 12 inches? Will your needles fall out if you try it on? I'd just keep trying it on until you like the way it looks. It's gonna be cuuuuuuuuuuuuuute!
DeleteThanks so much. I think twelve inches will be good. Ill try to try it on. I can't wait till it's done!
